  • Apply before 12:00 (GMT+7) and get your visa at 17:30.

Extreme urgent

Emergency Vietnamese visa processing during working days. Get the visa in less than 4 hours, as quick as 30 minutes during office hours in Vietnam GMT+7. Includes Pick up service.
  1. Make order as Super Urgent Processing with your flight details (departure and arrival place and time), so we can start processing immidiately without any delay.
  2. Then contact us immidiately for further guidance on support@starvietnamvisa.com
  3. Make additional payment on our payment form for additional fee of 84 USD per person and send us the reciept immidiately. Make the payment and receive the visa approval letter almost immidiately.
  4. Receive the approval letter and bring the approval letter together with valid passport, passport photos, visa stamping fee and meet our staff when landing.
  5. Pick Up Service. You are required to meet our staff at the meeting/information area (in front of the passport checkpoint) inside the airport, so we can support and further handle the visa. Hand in your passport photos, passport and stamping fee to our staff inside the airport to get your visa stamped quickly.
  6. Only 1 month Visa is available. If needed you can extend further once in Vietnam.

When you apply for this emergency visa it is very important that you find our staff with your name-sign since we have to provide additional documentation for your visa towards the Landing visa-counter. Holiday
